OUR STYLE: French blues

Location: Paris, France

One thing I am for sure is that the French love their blues,  and so do I. What is not to love with this color? It is a color that is reserved and quiet and doesn't like to make fuss or draw attention but it is also a color that exhibits an inner confidence.

And so our last evening in Paris, we decided to visit Luxembourg Gardens. It is located just a short walk from St. Germain where we were staying. It's a beautiful, quiet park mostly filled with locals playing chess,  lovers meeting up, and some,  just like us simply relaxing and seeking shelter from the heat.

So, here I am paying homage to the French wearing my favorite I call French bleu.  Paired  with a simple white fit and flare skirt to give it a slight polished looked. It is an ensemble that is appropriate for a walk in the park followed by a casual dinner. It is also light -weight making it a suitable if not perfect ensemble for those warm summer evenings in Paris.
